Cancellation Policy

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 35% cancellation fee of the booking amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free and allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before is not permitted. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 6-8 business days back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
