Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Free Cancellations (More Than 48 Hours Before Appointment)

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.

• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
   

1.2 Partial Refund (Cancellations Between 48 and 24 Hours Before Appointment)

• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.

• The remaining 65% of the booking amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
   

1.3 No Refunds (Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment)

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

• No rescheduling is allowed within this period.
   

1.4 No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled booking without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
   

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule their appointment for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment is not permitted.
   

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 6-8 business days back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Processing times may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
   

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, severe weather, or unavoidable circumstances), exceptions may be considered at Pasage Studios’ discretion.
